Nancy Dahlstrom Announces Statewide Campaign Finance Committee

ANCHORAGE, AK — Today, Lt. Governor Nancy Dahlstrom announced her Statewide Campaign Finance Committee co-chairs for her congressional campaign to unseat Mary Peltola and return conservative Alaskan values to Washington. Dahlstrom’s Campaign Finance Committee is made up of staunch conservative Alaskans who desire to see our state’s leadership at the national level reflect our state’s values.

The announcement comes on the heels of the most important endorsement of the race: President Donald Trump announced his endorsement of Dahlstrom in AK-AL. President Trump joins Governor Mike Dunleavy, Speaker Mike Johnson, Leader Steve Scalise, Whip Tom Emmer, and Chairwoman Elise Stefanik. The broad local and national coalition coalescing around Dahlstrom gives her clear momentum ahead of the November election.

“I’m proud to have these incredible Alaska leaders in my corner as we seek to bring proven, tough, Alaska first leadership back to Congress,” stated Lt. Governor Nancy Dahlstrom. “It’s time to end the disastrous tenure of Mary Peltola and Joe Biden, who have spent their time in power shutting down Alaska and dictating how we should live our lives. We are building the team and momentum we need to win this November.”

“Nancy Dahlstrom is our state’s best hope at returning common sense, conservative Alaskan leadership to the House. Now more than ever, we need leaders like Nancy to defend and promote the values that make our nation the greatest in the world, especially as our global adversaries see weakness in Washington,” said SCI Chapter President John Sturgeon. “I am honored and proud to be a finance chair for Nancy’s campaign. I look forward to seeing her unseat Mary Peltola in November and return the spirit of Alaska to Washington.”

The committee, which represents key leaders from across Alaska, includes:

  • John Binkley, Business Owner, Former State Senator, and Representative
  • John Sturgeon, Outdoorsman, SCI Chapter President
  • Jay Ramras, Former State Representative and Fairbanks Business Owner
  • John Sims, President of ENSTAR Natural Gas Company
